Lead-based paint identification is performed utilizing an X-ray Florescent (XRF) Lead Paint Analyzer (Viken Pb200e). This instrument reports lead concentrations in milligrams per square centimeter (mg/cm2) without damaging the painted surface. We offer options of testing from site/project specific requests to entire homes/buildings.

We offer dust wipe, water, and soil sampling for residential and commercial clients. Lead dust is the most common source of lead exposure in children.

Sampling analysis are performed by FAAS through an accredited laboratory and compared to current EPA/HUD Standards.

A post abatement visual inspection and collection of dust wipe samples are taken in areas where abatement occurred to evaluate the effectiveness of post abatement cleaning and will reduce lead dust related hazards.

Your lead inspection report will provide a comprehensive list of lead-based paint coated components, condition, and recommended response actions. If lab samples such as water, dust, or soil were taken, the report will also include results and recommended response actions.
